1. Heard.

2. The challenge is to the transfer order dated 12.07.2019 wherein the petitioner has been transferred from C.A.C. Farsaguda, Block Baster to Govt. Middle School, Baspani, Block Baster on administrative ground.

3. It is contended that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before the concern authority on the ground that the petitioner is still working at present place of posting i.e. Farsaguda and no one has been yet posted in his place.

4. Considering the fact the that limited prayer has been made the petitioner is

given liberty to make a representation to Respondent No. 2 within 3 weeks from today, which shall be decided within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
