1. Mr. V. R. Tiwari, advocate, appearing for the petitioners submits that the review petition has been filed on the ground of jurisdiction of this Court. He submits that the respondent was in fact an employee of the petitioners' company and was working in district Anuppur which falls in the state of Madhya Pradesh. He submits that the respondent employee was working in one of the areas of SECL which falls within the territories of Madhya Pradesh and therefore this Court may not have jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition.

2. This argument of the counsel for the petitioners is not acceptable at all.

The respondent is admittedly an employee of the petitioners' company. The headquarter of the petitioners' company situates at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Therefore, there is no hesitation for this Court to reach to the conclusion that the High Court of Chhattisgarh also has concurrent jurisdiction for deciding a case so far as the employee working under the petitioners' company is concerned.

3. Given the facts, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioners calling for review of the order dated 04.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6834/2019.
