Agrawal Order On Board 11/12/2019 (1) Learned counsel for the State submits the order for releasing the petitioner on parole has already been passed but as the petitioner could not furnish the surety to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Janjgir Champa he could not be released. (2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner furnishes surety as directed, he will be released forthwith.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Certified copy, as per rules.
