Versus

• State of Chhattisgarh Through The Station House Officer, Police Station Kansabel, District Jashpur Chhattisgarh., District : Jashpur, Chhattisgarh ---Respondent Shri Adil Minhaj, Govt. Advocate for the State. Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 10-12-2019 PUD has been received from the Special Court under POCSO Act Jashpur, C.G. making a request for extension of time for concluding the trial. As per the direction of this Court in MCRC No.2571 of 2019 this Court while passing the order on 09-08-2019 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within three months and as three months have been expired and there are reasons in the PUD why the case could not be concluded in time, therefore, I feel inclined to allow the prayer so made. Accordingly, the prayer made in the PUD is allowed and further extension of two months is granted to the trial court to conclude the trial. The petition stands disposed off.
