1. At the outset, counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he shall immediately approach the respondent No.1 and move an application for withdrawal of the revenue case renumbered as 82-B-121/2019-2020 and further prays that the respondent No.2 be directed to consider and decide the Revenue case No. 1056-A-59/2008-2009 pending before it at the earliest.

2. This limited prayer of the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of considering the fact that the matter is pending consideration before respondent No.2 for a period of well over 10 years, ends of justice would meet, if respondent No.2 is directed to decide the revenue case No. 1056-A-59/2008-2009 at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Meanwhile, however it is further directed that petitioner shall approach respondent No.1 and take appropriate steps for

withdrawal of the revenue case No. which now stands renumbered as Revenue Case No. 82-B-121/2019-2020 pending before respondent No.1.
