1. The relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to take an appropriate action against respondents 7 & 8 who are in the capacity of Sarpanch and Secretary of the Gram Panchayat running fair price shop but are not distributing kerosene for being distributed among the public.

2. State counsel to this limited request does not have any objection subject to verification of the fact.

3. Given the fact, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to take appropriate steps on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and act in accordance with the rules governing the field at the earliest.
