1. The only limited prayer of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner Late Arjun Prasad Dhruw died in harness on 30.06.2017, who was Assistant Teacher at Govt. Primary School, Silva, Block Bhatapara, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara. Thereafter, an application has been filed by the petitioner being the wife and dependent for compassionate appointment on 14.09.2017 and till two years have passed, the application of the petitioner has not been considered. Therefore, limited prayer is made that the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment may be decided.

2. Considering the limited prayer made, the Collector, Baloda BazarBhatapara is directed to look into the matter and decide the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
