1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has raised certain doubts in respect of certain questions in the examination held for the post of Lecturer (English) and the the question Nos.26, 66 & 147 were subject of issue and the objection of the petitioner was not considered.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 & 3 would submit that the documents

which has been filed along with the return would show that the objection of the petitioner has been considered.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3, no further adjudication would be required by this Court as the limited prayer was made by the petitioner during the arguments that the objections raised by the petitioner were not considered, therefore, the instant petition was filed. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the petition has become infructuous.
