Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 15.11.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Collector, District Kabirdham in Appeal No. 30B121/2018-19. 2.

At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the impugned order is a revisable order under Rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995 and the revision would lie to the Revisional Commissioner. 3.

In view of above, reserving the right of the petitioner for preferring a review against the order dated 15.11.2019, the present writ petition is disposed of. 4.

As prayed for by the petitioner, subject to depositing the photocopy of the order dated 15.11.2019 in the Registry of this Court, the certified of the same shall be returned back to the petitioner.
