Agrawal Order On Board 06/01/2020 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that order passed by the Excise Commissioner is revisable under Section 47-C of the M.P. /Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 before the Court of Sessions and, therefore, this petition is not maintainable. (2) Accepting the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the State, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file revision before the Court of Sessions in accordance with law. (3) Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the counsel for the petitioner after furnishing attested copy thereof.
