2. Earlier on 19/11/2019 First Appeal No. 12/2010 was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and reason mentioned in para 3 of the application this Court is satisfy that on 19/11/2019 the counsel of the applicant was not appeared in this Court due to just and sufficient ground. Application has been filed within prescribed period of limitation. Consequently application for restoration is allowed and aforesaid appeal is restored to its original number.
