1. The petitioner's application for grant of parole has been rejected by an order dated 03.10.2019 against which, this writ petition has been preferred.

2. Mr. Siddiqui, learned State Counsel would submit that the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Janjgir-Champa would reconsider the decision in light of the decision of this Court in the matter of Rakesh Shende v. State of Chhattisgarh and Others passed in WPCR No. 29/2016.
