The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail to the applicant who is in jail since 15.6.2018 in connection with Crime No. 53/2018 registered at Police Station- Urga, District- Korba, for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 302 of IPC. 2.

Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application at this juncture and prays that the Trial Court be directed to conclude the proceedings at the earliest.
