1. The limited prayer that the petitioner has made in this petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.4 for acting upon the order dated 23.09.2017 passed in favour of the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner vide the said order dated 23.09.2017 Annexure P-2 the petitioner has been alloted Government quarter but though more than two years have passed, he has till date not been given possession of the same.

3. To this limited prayer respondents do not oppose.

4. Accordingly, respondent No.3 & 4 are directed to ensure that the order dated 23.09.2017, unless the same has been recalled by any subsequent

order be acted upon at the earliest preferably within a period of three months.
