1. Petitioner has challenged the impugned order whereby his bid in response to the tender notice vide Annexure-P-2 has been declared ineligible on the ground that 'License Number' in GMP Certificate and Manufacturing License are different.
2. It is common ground that petitioner has been disqualified for the same reason in another tender issued by the same Corporation against which WPC No.4465 of 2019 was preferred and the same has been disposed of vide order dated 06.12.2019.
3. Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in WPC No.4465 of 2019.
4. The present Writ Petition is therefore disposed of in the same terms in respect of the subject tender.
