HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet CONT No. 1151 of 2019 Smt. Sohita Bajpayee Versus Shri Ashish Dewangan and Anr. 30.07.2021 Shri Manoj Kumar Sinha, Counsel for the Petitioner. Shri H.S. Ahluwalia, Counsel for the respondent. Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the disposal of the writ petition, the respondents have now dropped the entire departmental enquiry initiated against the petitioner, however no consequential benefits have been awarded to the petitioner. As regards the consequential benefits, since that is a subsequent development and claim that arises on dropping of the departmental enquiry, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for claiming the same by way of a fresh proceeding altogether. Accordingly, the contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed of, with liberty to approach the Court ventilating his grievances so far as other reliefs are concerned. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE J-
