1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has joined as Ward Attendant, however, because of some medical ailment, he was absent from duty from June, 2012 to January, 2017. Subsequently after becoming fit when he joined in the year 2017, he was asked to get him checked by the Medical Board and after entire formalities, he was allowed to join his duties at Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief Hospital Superintendent Durg by Annexuer P-10, issued by the Chief Medical & Health Officer, Durg. Subsequently, the petitioner went there for joining, however, he has not been allowed to work. Therefore, the petitioner submits that the representation which is filed by him by Annexure P-11 may be directed to be decided by the Civil Surgeon- Cum- Chief Hospital Superintendent Durg, District Durg.

2. Without observation on the merit, at this stage, considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make a

fresh representation within a period of thee weeks to the Civil SurgeonCum-Chief Hospital Superintendent, Durg, District Durg, who in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 30 days from the date of representation.
