1. The instant application is a repeat anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. First anticipatory bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn wherein liberty was granted to the applicant that in the in the event of his surrender, the trial Court should decide his bail application preferably on the same date of its filing in accordance with law.

2. In the present anticipatory bail application, no new ground has been raised by the Counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
