1. The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 03.12.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6579/2019 with regard to Crime Number.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in M.Cr.C. No. 6579/2019, the Crime number has wrongly been mentioned by him as Crime No. 687/2018. He also submits that in the bail rejection order, the Crime number has been mentioned as 687/2018. There is discrepancy with regard to Crime number.

3. On 10.12.2019, a report from concerned Court below was called as to what Crime number is mentioned in the FIR Report dated 11.12.2019 received from the Court below concerned, mentioning the Crime number in FIR as 693/2018.

4. I have gone through the impugned order and perused the bail rejection order of the trial Court available in M.Cr.C. No. 6579/2019 as also report dated 11.12.2019 of the Court below concerned.

5. From perusal of report dated 11.12.2019 of the Court below, it appears that the correct Crime No. is 693/2018. Thus, the error with

regard to the Crime number is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

6. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the Crime number be read as "Crime No. 693/2018" instead of Crime No. 687/2018.

7. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of order dated 03.12.2019 passed in MCRC No. 6579/2019.

8. With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of.

9. Certified copy today itself.
