Baghel, counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that vide Annexure R-2 dated 10.02.2020 the directions given by this Court has been complied with and the claim of the applicant so far as grant of increment has been rejected.

Given the fact that respondents have already taken a decision vide Annexure R-2 the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

Meanwhile, however if the applicant intends, he can challenge the subsequent order passed by the respondent Annexure R-2. With the aforesaid liberty, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
