1. This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the order dated 15.04.2019 by which the opportunity of the petitioner to file reply has been closed.

2. After perusing the impugned order and the grounds raised in the petition, I am of this view that the petitioner should be given one more opportunity to file a reply, therefore, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The petitioner is given one more opportunity for filing reply which may be filed on or before 20th of January, 2020.
