2. The petitioners herein is challenging the Ordinance -Annexure P/1 incorporating amendment in the Chhattisgarh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichda Vargon Ke Liye Aarakshan) Adhiniyam, 1994.

3. Learned counsel for the State informs that challenge to the same Ordinance was rejected by this Court in WPC No.3174/2019 (Ved Prakash Singh Thakur Vs. State of Chhattisgarh) and other connected petitions vide judgment dated 27.2.2020.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 27.2.2020 passed by this Court in Ved Prakash Singh Thakur (Supra).
