1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondents, pursuant to the advertisement issued for grant of dealership of Petrol Pump, had invited applications. The petitioner had participated being eligible for the same and pursuant to his participation, the petitioner was also found eligible, however, after 14.08.2019 there has been no further development intimated to the petitioner in respect of the selection process.
2. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is that, the respondent No.2 be directed to intimate the petitioner in respect of the present status of the selection process and also in respect of the claim of the petitioner.
3. To the said limited prayer, the counsel for the respondents have no objection.
4. Given the aforesaid facts, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to suitably intimate him in respect of the selection process for grant of
-2dealership at the place within 01 KM from Gidhouri on Gidhouri Madwa Road, Tehsil Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar.
5. The respondent No.2 is expected to intimate the petitioner in respect of the latest status of the selection process as also the status of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
