1. The order was passed by this Court directing the respondents to consider the application for transfer, moved by the petitioner/applicant. The respondents have now entered their appearance and have filed their reply, along with the reply they have enclosed Annexure-R-1 dated 16.01.2020, wherein they have after due consideration of his application rejected the same.

2. In view of the fact that the respondents have since rejected the application of the petitioner/applicant, the Order passed by this Court stands complied with. In case, if the petitioner/applicant is not

-2satisfied with the said finding by the respondents, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding altogether.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner/applicant, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
