1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that though he does not object to the prayer for withdrawal, however, he would submit that the conduct of the petitioner is not fair as he fraudulently filed the repeated petitions herein and when no interim orders were passed another case bearing WP No.8266 of 2020 was filed before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, therefore, he wants

to place the conduct of the petitioner on record and raise the ground as and when the occasion arises.
