1. This petition has not been brought against any specific order, the only prayer made is that the proceeding pending before the Family Court, Durg be expedited by issuance of direction by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent in this case is non-applicant in the proceeding initiated by the petitioner under Section 13(1)(a) of Hindu Marriage Act which is pending before the Family Court, Durg. Though the respondent is appearing in the case but she is not participating in any proceeding and finding various pretext seeking adjournments from the Court. Numerous dates have been given for the cross-examination of the petitioner, which has not been

-2completed till date for the reason mentioned hereinabove. For the reason that the respondent is not willing to let the proceeding conclude, hence, it is prayed that direction may be given.

3. On perusal of the copy of the order sheets filed, it appears that a number of dates have been given in the proceedings but the case is not going any further. Therefore, for this reason, I feel inclined to dispose off this petition at the motion stage. Also, learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding and complete it preferably within a period of six months.
