Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 25.10.2019 passed by the respondent No.2 whereby the allotment of fair price shop to the petitioner has been placed under suspension pending enquiry. 2.

The limited grievance that the petitioner has is that, the action on the part of the respondents is nothing but political vendetta and that no further steps have been taken by the respondent No.2 on the enquiry initiated against the petitioner.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.2 is directed to ensure that enquiry contemplated/initiated against the petitioner, by virtue of which the order of suspension has been issued, should be completed at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would be at liberty to apprise the respondent No.2 so far as order passed by this court is concerned.
