1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension of the operation of the fair price shop of the petitioner vide the order dated 25.10.2019.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition is not maintainable at this juncture for the reason that there is a remedy of questioning the impugned order before the Collector under the scheme of allocation of fair price shop.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, since there a remedy of appeal available to the petitioner against the impugned order/action of the respondents, the present writ petition stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the concerned District Collector for ventilating her grievances.

4. In case, if the petitioner approaches concerned authority, the authorities concerned may consider the case of the petitioner on merits.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
