1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 03.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7005/2019.
2. The original dispute in the writ petition was challenged to the order of transfer dated 21.08.2019 whereby the petitioner was transferred from Bilaspur to Mungeli.
3. This Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition and disposed it of with the following observations:- "Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner if he so chooses may prefer a detailed representation to the respondents, which in turn considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, the respondents may decide it as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
4. A plain reading of the aforesaid observations itself it would be evidently clear that there was no specific direction given to the
-2respondents, it was only a relief to the petitioner approaching the authorities in the department on the Administrative side for ventilating his grievance. Such observations or non compliance of any such observations made therein would not in the opinion of this Court come under the purview of the contempt of the Court.
