1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 30.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7924/2019.

2. According to the Counsel for the petitioner, the modification sought for is to the extent that the date of retirement has been shown as "30.06.2018" instead of "30.06.2016"

3. Perusal of the original order of this Court would show that the date of retirement has been properly typed as "30.06.2016". However, it appears that inadvertently in the uploaded version of the order the date of retirement has been wrongly reflected as "30.06.2018".

4. Considering the facts that the original order has the proper date of retirement, the Registry and the concerned Stenographer are

-2directed to ensure that the corrected version of the original order is uploaded and a fresh certified copy be released to the applicant on a fresh application being made reflecting the date of retirement as "30.06.2016".

5. Accordingly the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.

6. Let a copy of this order be made a part of the records of WPS No. 7924 of 2019.
