1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 28.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6560/2019. The modification sought for is to the extent of address of the petitioner in the causetitle.

2. According to the Counsel for the Petitioner, inadvertently, "Mandal Jal Sansadhan Department" has got wrongly typed at the address of the petitioner whereas it ought to had been "office of Engineer in Chief Water Resources Department, Raipur".

3. The limited modification sought for is not opposed by the respondents/State.

-24. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the order dated 28.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6560/2019 stands modified to the extent that in the address of the petitioner the words "Mandal Jal Sansadhan Department" shall be replaced by the "office of Engineer in Chief Water Resources Department, Raipur"

5. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.

6. Let a copy of this order be made a part of records of WPS No. 6560 of 2019.
