The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.101/2019 registered in Police Station Jarhagaon District Mungeli C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 506B, 302, 307, 341, 323, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks

MCRC No. 8159 of 2019 permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move again after examination of the material witnesses.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
