1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.4 who was junior to the petitioner has been promoted, however, the petitioner has been deprived and has not been considered.
2. It is stated that the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector & Commissioner and thereafter the representation of the petitioner was forwarded by the Commissioner after evaluating the facts. At present, the petitioner prays that the said representation may be decided after giving hearing to the
respondent No.4. In view of the limited prayer made, at this stage, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner, which is pending before the Collector, District Janjgir-Champa, shall be decided within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge ashok
