The respondents 3 & 4 have brought the order on record by way of Annexure R- 3 / 5. The respondents 1 & 2 have also brought the same by way of a covering memo.

Given the fact that the authorities have taken a decision on the representation filed by petitioner, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.
