08.01.2020 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification of the order dated 02.09.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6591 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent of the name and address of petitioner no.8 in the said writ petition.

According to the petitioner, inadvertently, the name and address of petitioner no.8 had been reflected as "N.P. Kumbhaj, Retired Assistant GradeII, Office Bhu-Jal Sarvekshyan Mandal Raipur" whereas actually it should have been "Narayan Prasad Kumbhaj, Draftsman, Office of Executive Engineer, Vidyut/Yantrik Heavy Equipment, Water Resources Department, Bilaspur, CG".

The limited modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 02.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6591 of 2019 stands modified to the extant that the name and address of petitioner no.8 now shall be read as "Narayan Prasad Kumbhaj, Draftsman, Office of Executive Engineer, Vidyut/Yantrik Heavy Equipment, Water Resources Department, Bilaspur, CG" instead of "N.P. Kumbhaj, Retired Assistant Grade-II, Office Bhu-Jal Sarvekshyan Mandal Raipur".
