The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of W.P.C No. 7864 of 2011, which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 16.10.2019.

For the reason assigned in the application and considering the contents put-forth by the counsel by the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for restoring the Writ Petition has been made out, subject to the petitioner/applicant depositing a cost of Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days from today, WPS No. 7864 of 2011 shall stand restored to its original number.

The Order would come into effect only on the petitioner furnishing the receipt of the cost amount within the stipulated time/period before the Registry.

However, the default if any, would have to be further removed within a period of 7 days from the date of deposit of the cost by the applicant.

The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
