1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she was suspended in the year 2009 and thereafter her suspension was revoked by order dated 14.06.2019, however, in between the suspended period the petitioner has not been given the legal entitlement which were due to her, therefore, she has made a representation before the Collector, which is still pending and she prays that the same may be directed to be decided.

3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation before the respondent No.4 Chief Executive Officer within a period of 3 weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the said respondent in turn shall decide the same in accordance with law.
