1. The only challenge in this petition is relieving order passed on 25.10.2019 for the transfer made on 05.10.2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to make a suitable representation, as the husband of the petitioner is working in the Tourism Department.

3. Considering the submission made, without any observation on merit, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the respondent No.1 who may decide the same in accordance with the policy existing. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merit of the case.
