1. Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, makes a limited prayer that the respondent may be directed to consider the application of the petitioner for correction of her date of birth in the marks sheet issued by the respondent, if law so permits, at the earliest.

2. The limited prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and decide the application of the petitioner seeking change of her date of birth in accordance with the rules and
