1. Only limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner applied for voluntary retirement, which was duly accepted after due verification of all the records as to whether any departmental enquiry or proceeding are pending against him or not; and subsequent to it, the VRS accepted on 15.06.2018.

2. It is stated that despite that neither the petitioner has paid any retiral dues nor pension which is payable to him by the State and

the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector/ respondent No.3 & District Education Officer/ respondent No.4, however, the same has not been decided.

3. Considering the prayer of the petitioner that he has retired on 15.06.2018, it is directed that the petitioner on making a fresh representation within a period of 15 days to the respondent No.3/ Collector, Dantewada who has to look into the matter and decide the same in consultation with the District Education Officer within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation and the retiral dues of the petitioner shall be settled.
