1. The limited relief which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner by giving him personal hearing instead of deciding the appeal by way of a video conference.
2. The matter was in the first round passed over for the respondent No. 1 to seek instructions. In the second round Shri Ajay Dwivedi under instruction of Shri S.S. Lal Tekchandani submits that he has instruction to state that they have no objection if the limited relief sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is allowed.
3. Considering the submission put forth by either side, this Court is of the opinion that writ petition itself can be allowed and disposed off
-2directing the respondent No. 1 to ensure that the appeal preferred by the petitioner which is pending consideration before the respondent No.1 be decided by giving personal hearing to the petitioner instead of deciding the appeal by way of a video conference, it is ordered accordingly.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed of, with the aforesaid direction.
