1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was employee of State of Chhattisgarh and after attaining the age of superannuation, he was proceeded on retirement on 30.04.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that he joined the service in the year 1976 and accordingly he is entitled to second revised pay scale/up-gradation of pay-scale or from 29.03.2000 as he had already completed 24 years of service by 29.03.2000, however, despite that fact, the pensionary benefits has been calculated from 01.08.2003 instead of 29.03.2000. The petitioner further submits that the said fact can be examined by respondent no.4 who, in turn, may pass the corrective order whereby the retiral benefits are properly quantified.

Taking into consideration such fact, the petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation to respondent no.4 along-with relevant documents and service book within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of this order and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent no.4 within a further period of 45 days.

3. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed off.
