Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS 5908/2010 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances as submitted by the counsel for the applicant and also considering the contents of the MCC, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for restoring of the writ petition has been made out. Accordingly, WPS No.5908/2010 stands restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
