1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner retired as Constable on 31.01.2018 and only the anticipatory pension is being made, however, retiral dues are not being settled till date and despite all the request, nothing has been done. Therefore, it is stated that the respondents be directed to pay the retiral dues which are due to him within a fixed period of time.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already retired in 2018

and almost in January 2020 two years have passed, therefore, the respondents in any case are required to pay the retiral dues, which would be payable to the petitioner within stipulated time.

3. Considering the time which is passed till date, the respondent No.4 is directed to decide and pay the retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of two months.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge ashok
