17.01.2020 Heard on prayer for restoration of the appeal. This appeal was dismissed in view of peremptory order dated 05.11.2019.

For the reasons stated in the application we are inclined to accept the cause shown why the amendment would not be carried out strictly in accordance with the direction issued by this Court and which led to automatic dismissal of the appeal.

In that view of the matter, we are inclined to restore the appeal, to its original number.

Let necessary steps be taken for doing the needful in the matter of incorporation of amendment appropriately in accordance with the direction
