1. Heard on Admission.

2. Admit.

3. Also heard on an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for modification of order dated 09.12.2019 in MCRC No. 6694/2019.

4. In order dated 09.12.2019, this Court was granted benefit of regular bail to the applicant and Accused/ Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in the like sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one local surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to him by the said Court.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant is the permanent resident of Village Rampur Tehsil- Kasdol District Baloda Bazar (C.G.), having her relatives in Janjgir- Champa and

no known person of the applicant resides in Rajnandgaon (C.G.), therefore, he is inadequate to furnish local solvent surety. Hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be consider application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and modify order dated 09.12.2019.

6. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed. In order dated 09.12.2019, para 7 of the said order be read as " Accused/ Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in the like sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one local surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to him by the said Court."
