1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an early disposal of the appeal pending before the respondent No.3 i.e. Case No 183A/82/Year 2016-17.

2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the respondent No.3 is directed to take a decision in Case No 183A/82/Year 2016-17 at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
