The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an early disposal of the appeal pending before the respondent No.3 i.e. Case No 180A/82/Year 2016-17.

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the respondent No.3 is directed to take a decision in Case

No 180A/82/Year 2016-17 at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
