Counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondents have already taken the petitioner back in service. However, he is not being paid honorarium that he is otherwise required to get.

For the said relief the applicant would have to approach the respondents separately. The said relief cannot be looked into under contempt jurisdiction in the given facts wherein the respondents have already taken him back in service.
