Versus

Dr. Sapna Rani Mishra, W/o. Rajesh Kumar Mishra, Aged About 32 Years, R/o. Q. No. 25, F, Street 30, Sector 10, Bhilai, Tehsil and District Durg Chhattisgarh.

-----Respondents For Petitioner : Ms. Anuja Sharma, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Raja Ali, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 20/12/2019 1.

This petition has been brought being aggrieved on 14.10.2019, by which the application filed by the petitioner for providing him with visiting right has been disposed of without passing any specific order. 2.

On perusal of the impugned order, it is found that the learned Family Court has kept the application in abeyance, stating that unless the petitioner proved his case, his prayer will not be considered. However, it has been directed that the petitioner can visit the minor child in the house of his wife, the respondent and also directed that the respondent should not create any hurdle in such visit. 3.

The order so passed does not appear to be so specific, as it has been passed without specifying the date and time of visit, therefore, the

Page No.2 learned Family Court is directed to make the order more specific by specifying the week days of every month on which the petitioner shall be allowed to visit his child in the house of the respondent. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed off. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Balram
